Through the SBFA Quality-Worklife initiative, BRAND’S® staff members are able to do their part for society in a variety of ways. By participating in any of the community involvement, volunteer and sports activites, an employee earns 1 Charity Point, equivalent to a $5 donation that goes towards SPMF.
Notably, one effort saw $100 being donated for every kilometre completed by BRAND’S® staff in the Mizuno Ekiden, a relay running race, along with $300 for every kilometre completed by BRAND’S® Essence of Chicken ambassador Mok Ying Ren.
As one of the pioneer companies contributing to SPMF since its inception in 2000, SBFA has been supporting the cause through its annual Charity Sales, as well as by being a sponsor of the ChildAid charity concert.
BRAND’S® Hope in a Bottle programme devised innovative housing solutions through the collection of used glass bottles.
This BRAND’S® initiative with World Vision made it possible for 180 underprivileged children to gain access to water, food and healthcare.
Through the collection of bottle caps, BRAND’S® made a positive impact in the lives of the physically disabled in Singapore and Thailand.
