BRAND'S® Bird's Nest Manufacturing Process

A Stringent Process that Uses 100% Genuine, Natural Bird’s Nest

We use advanced detection technology, including an FTIR-type fingerprint recognition system, to verify the authenticity and purity of bird’s nest. BRAND’S® Bird’s Nest products are subjected to over 140 quality checks, and are regularly inspected by trusted third parties to ensure uniform quality.

BRAND’S<sup>®</sup> Bird's Nest Manufacturing Process – Step 01 - Process

Step 1

Processing of harvested bird’s nest.

Step 2

Bird’s nest is processed under high temperature to remove impurities. Pre-clean bird’s nest via manual cleaning and sorting. Manual impurities removal and sorting after initial cleaning.

BRAND’S<sup>®</sup> Bird's Nest Manufacturing Process – Step 03 - Manual Select

Step 3

Further separation of impurities from the various parts of bird’s nest. Manual select and sorting under magnification. Final impurities removal, sorting and cleansing. Carefully select and sort dried bird’s nest before delivery to factory.

Step 4

Conduct quality checks on delivered bird’s nest. Final sorting of bird’s nest by factory to remove any residual impurities.

Step 5

Bottle is filled with BRAND’S® Bird’s Nest.

Capping, sterilising and packaging.
