Steamed Vegetables Added With Brand’s Essence OF Mushrooms

How strong is your immune system?  Symptoms like frequent cold or flu, chronic fatigue & recurrent infections, etc reflect a weak immune system.  Some causes that contribute to a weak immune system are advancing age, long term stress, medications & nutritional deficiencies, etc.  Taking the right foods in your diet is one way to help strengthen your immune system.

Based on Traditional Chinese Herbology, medicinal Mushrooms like Lingzhi, Maitake, Cordyceps, Shitake & Yamabushitake are known for their immune-boosting properties.  They help to strengthen the respiratory & immune system, increase energy, enhance vitality as well as protect against diseases & infections, etc. 

Our Special Creation recipe, Steamed Vegetables added with BRAND’S® Essence Of Mushrooms helps to strengthen the immune system from its immune-boosting properties.  Furthermore, with the combination of Vegetables, it provides Diet nutrients which helps to promote 5 organs’ health (Heart, Lungs, Spleen, Liver & Kidneys). 

Serving size: 2 servings of rice bowl size.

Ingredients

  • Broccoli - 4 florets (Cut into small bite size pieces)
  • Orange Cauliflower – 2 florets (Cut into small bite size pieces)
  • OR Carrot, 4 inches length – 1 no (Cut into thin ring size)
  • Goji Berries – 10-15 nos
  • Purple Cauliflower – 2 florets (Cut into small bite size pieces)
  • OR Purple Cabbage, hand size – 2 pieces (Shredded)
  • White Cauliflower – 2 florets (Cut into small bite size pieces)
  • OR White Cabbage, hand size – 2 pieces (Shredded)
  • Apple Cider Vinegar - 2-3 tablespoons
  • Olive Oil - 2 teaspoons.  (Other healthy oils choices: Canola Oil, Coconut Oil or Sunflower Oil, etc)
  • Coriander for garnishing – 1 stalk
  • Pepper Powder to taste
  • BRAND’s Essence Of Mushrooms – 1 bottle

Preparation

  1. Put all cut ingredients of Broccoli, Goji Berries, Carrot, Purple Cauliflower & White Cauliflower into a basin of 1 litre of tap water (Eg: Healthier choices: distilled or mineral water) added with Apple Cider Vinegar and soak for 1-2 minutes.  Then rinse again in water & put all ingredients into a vegetable strainer to remove excess water.
  2. Prepare a porcelain or glass plate & arrange all washed ingredients of Broccoli, Goji Berries, Carrot, Purple Cauliflower & White Cauliflower on the plate and pour Olive Oil over the Vegetables.
  3.  Put the plate of Vegetables into the electric steamer & set the electric steamer’s timing to 6-8 minutes.
  4. Once 6-8 minutes is up, let the Steamed Vegetables steep for 2 minutes.
  5. After 2 minutes are up, remove the electric steamer’s cover then pour BRAND’S Essence Of Mushrooms onto the Steamed Vegetables, sprinkle some pepper powder, garnish with coriander & serve hot.

Consumption

  1. Suitable for everyone.   Advisable to consume daily for those who have chronic fatigue or long term stress
  2. Alternative cooking of Parboiling: Add a pinch of salt & ½ teaspoon of olive oil into hot boiling water then parboil all washed ingredients of Broccoli, Goji Berries, Carrot, Purple Cauliflower & White Cauliflower, one by one in hot boiling water for 1-2 minutes.  Arrange them by each color onto a porcelain or glass plate then pour BRAND’s Essence Of Mushrooms & Olive Oil onto the Steamed Vegetables, sprinkle some Pepper Powder, garnish with Coriander & serve hot.

我们特创的食谱,蒸菜伴白兰氏蘑御菇精华增强免疫系统。 此外,蔬菜更能均衡饮食营养并有助于促进五大器官的健康(心脏,肺脏,脾脏,肝脏和肾脏)。

份量2碗份量。

益处:有助于加强呼吸和免疫系统、提升能量、增强活力及防止疾病和感染等。

主料

  • 西兰花 – 4小朵(切成入口小块)
  • 胡萝卜 – 1条(4英寸长,切成薄环尺寸)或橙色花椰菜 – 2小朵(切成入口小块)
  • 枸纪子 - 10-15粒
  • 紫色花椰菜 – 2小朵(切成入口小块)
  • 或紫色包菜,手掌大小 – 2片(切丝)
  • 白色花椰菜 – 2小朵(切成入口小块)
  • 或白色包菜,手掌大小 - 2片(切丝)
  • 苹果醋 - 2-3汤匙
  • 橄榄油 - 2茶匙。 (或其它健康食油:芥花籽油、椰子油或葵花籽油等)
  • 香菜– 1棵
  • 胡椒粉适量
  • 白兰氏御菇精华 – 1罐

准备工作

  1. 将所有切好的主料如西兰花、枸杞子、胡萝卜、紫色花椰菜和白色花椰菜放入装满1公升自来水的容器里(例如更健康的选择:蒸馏水或矿泉水),加入苹果醋浸泡1至2分钟。 然后在水中再次洗净,并将所有主料放入蔬菜过滤器以除去多余水分。
  2. 准备一个瓷盘或玻璃盘并把所有洗净的主料如西兰花、枸纪子、胡萝卜紫色花椰菜和白色花椰菜摆盘,然后淋上橄榄油
  3. 蔬菜盘放入电蒸笼中,并将电蒸笼的时间设定为6至8分钟。
  4. 6至8分钟后,焖上2分钟。
  5. 2分钟后,打开电蒸笼的盖子,然后淋上白兰氏蘑御菇精华蒸菜中,撒上少许胡椒粉,并用香菜作为装饰,趁热享用。

摄取量

  1. 适合所有人食用。 建议那些患有慢性疲劳或长期压力者每日摄取。
  2. 汆烫的替代煮法:加入少量的盐和½茶匙的橄榄油于热开水中,然后逐一将所有洗净的主料如西兰花、枸杞子、胡萝卜紫色花椰菜和白色花椰菜放入热开水中煮成半熟约 1至2分钟。 顺着颜色将蔬菜排盘于瓷盘或玻璃盘,然后淋上白兰氏蘑御菇精华于汆烫中,撒上少许胡椒粉,并用香菜作为装饰,趁热享用。
