BRAND'S®WORLD CLUB MEMBERSHIP

Terms & Conditions of BRAND'S®World Club Membership

Your BRAND'S®World Club membership (“Membership”) is subject to the following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”).


1. ELIGIBILITY AND MEMBERSHIP

(i) Subject to our sole discretion, eligible persons may apply for BRAND'S®World Club Membership Reward Programme by signing up at BRAND'S® roadshows or BRAND'S®World website or by a person’s first purchase from Cerebos directly via BRAND'S® e-store or BRAND'S® Customer Careline at 1800-732-4748, or by such other means as determined by us from time to time in our sole discretion.

(ii) All members must be at least 21 years old on the date they sign up for BRAND'S®World Club Membership Reward Programme.

(iii) By signing up to the BRAND'S®World Club Membership Reward Programme, you shall be deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions, including the BRAND'S® Privacy Policy shall also apply in relation to any personal data provided by you to us in connection with the Membership.

(iv) As a condition of your Membership, you are required to provide us with current, accurate, truthful and complete information about yourself during the registration process and to keep your records with us current and up-to-date. You agree that you shall be solely responsible for all consequences of providing any inaccurate, incomplete and/or insufficient information. In the event that we determine or have reason to believe that the information which you have provided to us is not current, is inaccurate, or is incomplete in any way or that you have provided us with false or misleading registration information, we reserve the right to either suspend or terminate your Membership.

(v) We may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time in our sole discretion upon posting the amended version at the BRAND'S®World website. By your continued membership in the BRAND'S®World Club Membership Reward Programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time.


2. BRAND'S®WORLD CLUB REWARD POINTS

(i) BRAND'S®World Club Reward Points can be earned by you in accordance with these Terms and Conditions when you make a qualifying purchase ofBRAND'S® products from Cerebos directly via BRAND'S® e-store or BRAND'S® Customer Careline at 1800-732-4748.

(ii) To be eligible to earn BRAND'S®World Club Reward Points for a qualifying purchase, the purchase must be delivered and paid in full.

(iii) The criteria for qualifying purchases and the BRAND'S®World Club Reward Points earn rate for qualifying purchases shall be determined by us at our sole discretion and may vary as between BRAND'S®World Club Partners and as between periods of partnership.

(iv) We may delay crediting BRAND'S®World Club Reward Points into your account (“Account”) until we have verified to our satisfaction that BRAND'S®World Club Reward Points were not credited into your Account in breach of any of these Terms and Conditions.

(v) BRAND'S®World Club Reward Points accrued in your Account remain our sole property. BRAND'S®World Club Reward Points do not entitle a member to any vested right or interest and have no cash value. BRAND'S®World Club Reward Points are not redeemable for cash and are not transferable or assignable for any reason or any purpose. BRAND'S®World Club Reward Points are also not transferable between Accounts. The sale, auction (including online auction), barter, transfer or assignment of any accumulated BRAND'S®World Club Reward Points is strictly prohibited, and any BRAND'S®World Club Reward Points which we deem in our sole discretion to have been transferred, sold, auctioned, bartered or assigned in violation of these Terms and Conditions may be confiscated and/or forfeited.

(vi) Unutilised BRAND'S®World Club Reward Points in your Account are forfeited  upon cancellation or termination of your Membership, howsoever caused. For the avoidance of doubt, you shall not be entitled to any compensation in respect of any BRAND'S®World Club Reward Points which are forfeited.

(vii) You may check the number of BRAND'S®World Club Reward Points that you have by calling BRAND'S® Customer Careline at 1800-732-4748 (Mondays to Fridays excluding Public Holidays, 9am to 5pm) or emailing customercare@cerebos.com.sg or via such other means as determined by us from time to time in our sole discretion.

(viii) BRAND'S®World Club Reward Points must be fully redeemed by 15 December of each calendar year regardless of the date it was first credited in your Account, failing which any unutilised points will expire and be forfeited.

(ix) No BRAND'S®World Club Reward Points can be brought forward to the next calendar year.

3. DISCRETION

Notwithstanding and without prejudice to the other terms of these Terms and Conditions, we are entitled at any time in our absolute discretion without liability to you, without notice and without giving any reason, to:

(i) suspend or terminate your Membership entirely whether or not you are in default of these Terms and Conditions; and/or

(ii) refuse to allow you to participate in the BRAND'S®World Club Reward Points Programme; and/or

(iii) introduce, amend, restrict, suspend or terminate all or any of the benefits, services, facilities and privileges in respect of or in connection with your Membership.

4. REDEMPTION OF BRAND'S®WORLD CLUB REWARD POINTS

(i) BRAND'S®World Club Reward Points may only be used for redemption of items offered under the rewards listing as published on Rewards.

(ii) The list of Rewards and the number of BRAND'S®World Club Reward Points required for the redemption of the respective Rewards shall be determined by us at our sole and absolute discretion. For the avoidance of doubt, we may from time to time amend the number of BRAND'S®World Club Reward Points required for redemption of Rewards without prior notice to you.

(iii) Redemption may only be made upon the verification of your identity in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

(iv) Redemption may be made by you personally by calling BRAND'S® Customer Careline at 1800-732-4748 (Mondays to Fridays excluding Public Holidays, 9am to 5pm).

(v) Rewards are offered subject to their availability.

(vi) To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, we do not make any warranty or representation on any product or service offered as Rewards and do not accept any liability in respect of any such Rewards.

(v) Any dispute arising from or relating to the goods or services received as Rewards shall be settled between you and the supplier of the Rewards. We shall not be liable for any claim arising from or relating to the Rewards and/or the Redemption process.

(vi) Once a redemption request is submitted, it cannot be cancelled, modified or withdrawn. . Refunds for and/or replacements of Rewards will not be entertained.

5. VALIDITY OF BRAND'S®WORLD CLUB MEMBERSHIP

In the event you do not make any purchase from Cerebos directly via BRAND'S® e-store or BRAND'S® Customer Careline at 1800-732-4748 for a period of 2 years, your membership will be terminated by us. Upon termination, any unutilised BRAND'S®World Club Reward Points will be forfeited, without refund or compensation.

6. TERMINATION OF BRAND'S®WORLD CLUB REWARD POINTS PROGRAMME

We may at our absolute and sole discretion, and without prior notice to you, suspend or terminate the BRAND'S®World Club Reward Points Programme for any reason whatsoever as we deem fit. Upon termination, any unutilised BRAND'S®World Club Reward Points will be forfeited, without refund or compensation.
